Categorical Eligibility Result Variables

The monthly result variable IsCountedAsMemberOfUnit indicates if a person was excluded from the unit due to SSI cashout or ineligible higher-education student status. The annual result variable IsEverCountedAsMemberOfUnit indicates if a person was ever excluded in any month for either of these reasons.

When higher-education student eligibility restrictions are modeled, the annual result variable HigherEdStudentEligStatus indicates whether a person is a higher-education student and, if so, whether he/she is exempted from the restrictions.

The monthly result variable PassedCitizenshipTest indicates if a person was denied eligibility due to non-citizen status. The annual result variable EverPassedCitizenshipTest indicates if this person was never denied eligibility for this reason in any month.

The monthly result variable ABAWDIneligibleThisMonth indicates if a person is ineligible due to ABAWD status.
